Subject to your compliance with the applicable Terms of Service, Lazarus / OctoGoat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use this software solely for your own internal 3D printing use. You may not, and may not permit any third party to: 1. copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense, lease, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the software except as expressly permitted; 2. modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works for commercial reuse, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law; 3. remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, patent pending, or other proprietary notices; 4. use the software to build or offer a competing commercial product or service based substantially on the software or underlying proprietary methods; 5. bypass, disable, or interfere with license validation or subscription controls. The software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazarus / OctoGoat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to the software or its use. This license does not grant any right, title, or interest in any trademarks, service marks, logos, patents, patent applications, trade secrets, or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the software as expressly stated above. Use of cloud-connected functionality, including checkout, activation, and license validation, is also subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
