Download and launch
Open The Helm in a browser on the same network as your printer, add your Moonraker URL in Settings, then activate with your checkout email and license key.

How It Works
The 4 AM Bathroom Trip Version
Save your printer's Cancel_Print parking spot as Park 2. When a failure shows up at the worst possible hour, cancel the print, pull up the file, take one quick height measurement, click Park 2, hit Resume Now, and get back to bed without fully waking up.
The Clear Version
Start by choosing the G-code file you want to resume. If Moonraker is connected, a quick dropdown of printer files makes that easy.
Grab a quick height measurement from the incomplete print.
Select Build Resume G-code and The Helm does the hard part from those two inputs:
- Finds the exact layer of failure, even from a less-than-perfect measurement.
- Calculates the real Z height.
- Builds a careful resume.gcode file with printer safety as the first priority.
- Calculates a visible real-world alignment target so the nozzle, partial print, printer coordinate state, and reconstructed G-code can line back up without unsafe Z movement.
That alignment target is what sets The Helm apart. It lets you be the judge and align as precisely as your printer can manage, paper-test perfect if you want it. Experienced users can skip the fine alignment and use saved reference parking points to resume in seconds.
