# The Helm Terms of Service Effective date: April 22, 2026 ## 1. Overview The Helm is subscription software for generating print-resume workflows and related calibration guidance for supported 3D printing environments. ## 2. License Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The Helm for your own internal 3D printing use, subject to these Terms. ## 3. Subscription and billing Access to certain features may require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing, billing intervals, and trial or promotional terms are shown at checkout. ## 4. Acceptable use You agree not to: - redistribute or resell The Helm; - use The Helm to build a competing commercial product or service; - bypass activation, subscription, or license controls; - misuse the service in a way that harms the software, infrastructure, or other users. ## 5. Firmware, hardware, and user responsibility The Helm assists with print-resume workflows, but machine setup, printer condition, calibration, and safe operation remain the user's responsibility. You are responsible for supervising your printer and confirming that any generated commands are appropriate for your machine and situation. ## 6. No guarantee of result 3D printers, firmware, slicers, and failed-print conditions vary. The Helm is intended to improve the ability to resume failed prints, but successful results cannot be guaranteed in every case. ## 7. Intellectual property The Helm, related methods, branding, and associated materials are proprietary. Patent Pending. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. ## 8. Disclaimer of warranties The Helm is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. ## 9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Helm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or use arising from use of the software. ## 10. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. ## 11.
